Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food will be hosting monthly community classes titled CORE (Community Outreach and Recreational Education) series. Each class in the series will focus on core kitchen practices and fundamentals, and will range in subject from pie baking to pairing cheese and wine.

Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 | Join Chef Instructor Vince Pianalto for a crash course on everyone's favorite mid-morning, weekend meal: brunch! Class participants will create a dairy-free chia pudding, biscuits with lemon curd and a variation on French toast.
