Brightwater Chef Instructor Adam Simmons is originally from Helena, Ark., and describes his cooking style as a mix of southern and French cuisine due to his family’s influence and years of culinary training.
Adam joined NWACC in 2007 and then Brightwater in 2017 with the intent to pass along his passion for cooking to others. He enjoys connecting with students and community members and seeing his passion translate through all those he teaches.
In his free time, Adam enjoys playing rugby, coaching and mountain biking.
