CORE Series

When it's safe to do so, Brightwater plans to hold monthly community classes titled CORE (Community Outreach and Recreational Education) series. Each class in the series will focus on core kitchen practices and fundamentals, and will range in subject from pie baking to pairing cheese and wine.
