Brightwater Instructor Revives Bakery for Scholarship Fundraiser

Brightwater Chef Instructor Vince Pianalto is teaming up with his mother, Wanda "Nana" Pianalto, to revive his Fayetteville bakery La Maison des Tartes for a pop-up food truck event that will raise funds for student scoholarships. 
 
Vince and Nana are preparing a menu of sweet and savory baked items that will be sold from the Brightwater food truck on August 20th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and August 21st from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The truck will be conveniently located on the northeast side of 8th Street Market. 
 
Vince and Nana have worked together in the food industry for over twenty years, first operating Italian restaurant Vincenza's and then the bakery La Maison des Tartes until 2008.

Those who are unable to attend or would like to give beyond their purchases at the event may donate using the form below. One can also mail in a check made out to the NWACC Foundation and write “Brightwater Scholarship” on the memo line. Checks may be mailed to NWACC Foundation, One College Drive, Bentonville, AR 72712
